For four days, from October 22 to 25, 2024, Düsseldorf was the center of the international glass industry. Glasstec, the leading trade fair for glass production, processing, and products, brought together exhibitors and visitors from around the world, reaffirming its status as a global industry platform.
This year, we were proud to manage the setup and dismantling of SEKISUI S-LEC™'s 200m² booth, using Connection Walls 1.0, the original solution.
Their innovative PVB film is used as an interlayer in laminated glass, for both buildings and vehicles. This film not only provides protection against shattering upon impact, but also contributes to sound insulation, heat shielding, and UV protection.
Additionally, we produced several mock-ups, including the highlight: the Frame Mock-up based on a BMW IX. This unique creation, designed, produced, and delivered by us, is constructed from metal tubes and showcased SEKISUI's glass components and automotive glazing in an impressive setting, where their applications, such as ‘switchable glazing’, were perfectly displayed.
A few weeks later, we returned to Düsseldorf for SEKISUI S-LEC™, this time for the CTI Automotive Glazing event, where attendees could explore the latest trends in automotive glass.
